Jade Zaveri is back in Marbhaven, once a math student, now a college dropout caring for her younger sisters in the wake of her mother's disappearance.

With the police relatively unconcerned, Jade takes the investigation into her own hands, becoming the unfortunate witness to a murder. And... accidentally becoming a Reaper.

To make matters worse, Reapers are being hunted by a cloaked figure in red. Are these Red Reapers related to her mom's disappearance?
